How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
After shipment, most orders are expected to arrive within 5–14 business days, depending on your delivery location, carrier service, customs processing, and other factors outside our control.
Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us and we will help resolve it. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.
What kind of coffee can I use?
AymO works with ground coffee. For best results, we recommend using a grind size between regular drip coffee and traditional espresso — slightly finer than drip coffee, but not as fine as a typical espresso grind.
You can adjust the grind size, dose, and tamping pressure to match your preferred taste and extraction flow.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $100 USD or the CAD equivalent..
For orders under $100 USD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the available shipping method.
